Imara Cottage: Ideal for Groups 

Imara Cottage provides comfortable accommodation for up to 12 individuals, accommodating a maximum of 18 adults. Each bedroom features generously sized designer Queen beds, offering a cozy and inviting stay that comfortably accommodates up to 3 adults per room.

To maintain a pristine and comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly ask for your cooperation:

• Tidy Spaces: Help us keep shared areas clean by tidying up after use. 
• Waste Disposal: Please use designated bins for proper waste disposal. 
• Cleanliness Awareness: Spills or messes? Inform us promptly for immediate cleaning.
• Conservation: Let's conserve resources by using towels and utilities wisely.

Family-Friendly Accommodation Policy

We welcome families with open arms! Our accommodation policy for children is as follows:

• Young Guests (Up to 5 years): Enjoy a complimentary stay in their parents' room.
• Children (5-12 years): Stay at a 50% reduced rate without an extra bed.
• Older Children (12 years and above): Considered as extra adults and will be charged accordingly for their stay.

Ensuring a comfortable and family-friendly environment for all our guests!

• 100% refund if cancelled before 10 days from the booking date.
• 50% refund for cancellations between 5 to 9 days from the booking date.
• No refund for cancellations 4 days or less prior to the booking date. 

While guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol, we kindly request adherence to our house rules to ensure a harmonious atmosphere:

• Respect is Key: Mutual respect ensures a pleasant environment for all.
• No Misbehavior: We expect courteous conduct from our guests at all times.
• Noise Etiquette: Please refrain from shouting, screaming, or playing loud music.
